The most basic level of support is provided by telephone. However due to the widespread adoption of broadband by the majority of our customers we able to offer secure remote support. This allows our team of highly skilled engineers to take control full control of our customers PCs guiding them through from problem to resolution.

We sell both our own support contracts covering network components such as servers and workstations, and those from leading brands such as the smartnet contracts from Cisco which can provide 27x7x4 emergency replacement and support of critical network components.
